TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Online sales made through our website (online store) are
subject to these general terms and conditions, which prevail over any other
specific provisions. Any purchase implies full acceptance of these terms.

ORDERS
Orders placed on the website shall be considered binding
once validated by the customer.
By confirming the order, the customer declares having read
and accepted these general terms and conditions.
All items are
sold with minimum quantities indicated on the product page, which will be
respected during order preparation.
The minimum order
amount on the website is €300.
The customer may
request the cancellation of the order provided it has not yet been dispatched.
The cancellation request must be made through the available customer service
channels. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be
accepted.
PRICES
The sale prices
of the products are those in force at the time the order is placed and do not
include shipping costs.
Prices may be
modified at any time without prior notice.
Shipping and
handling costs shall be borne by the customer and will be added to the order
amount under the indicated conditions.
PAYMENT
Payment for
orders may be made through the payment methods enabled on the platform,
including credit/debit card via virtual POS (TPV) or other available systems.
The order shall not be considered confirmed until payment
has been validated.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipments will be made through the usual courier service or
logistics provider designated by FRANCO AUSTRAL, S.L.
Estimated delivery times are between 2 and 7 working days
from payment confirmation and may vary depending on destination, product
availability or logistical circumstances.
Delivery shall be deemed completed when the order is made
available to the customer at the indicated address.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition
of the goods upon receipt.
RETURNS
The customer may request the return of products in case of
defect, incorrect shipment or lack of conformity.
The claim must be made within a maximum period of 8 days
from receipt of the order.
The customer must contact the customer service department to
process the return request.
All returns must be previously authorized by FRANCO AUSTRAL,
S.L. and must be sent in their original packaging.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
In the event of a return due to defect or error attributable
to the company, shipping costs will be borne by FRANCO AUSTRAL, S.L. In other
cases, the costs shall be borne by the customer.
REFUNDS
In case of an accepted return, the refund will be made using
the same payment method used by the customer, unless technically impossible or
otherwise agreed.
The refund period will be up to 14 days from receipt and
validation of the returned product.

These general terms and conditions are governed by Spanish
law, and for any dispute, the parties agree to submit to the courts of
Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and
applicable data protection regulations, the customer may exercise their rights
of access, rectification, erasure and objection by contacting info@surkana.com
or by postal mail to the indicated address.
